From Zhucheng, China to the construction site in Egypt, a high-performance dual 180 concrete batching plant has been successfully installed, commissioned, and officially put into operation for a large-scale local infrastructure project.
Centered on an ultra-high production capacity of 180m³/h, this dual 180 batching plant operates with dual main engines to achieve continuous and stable concrete supply, perfectly meeting the high-intensity concrete demand for large-scale road, bridge, and building construction projects in Egypt. The fully automatic control system accurately controls batching accuracy, realizing intelligent management throughout the process from aggregate metering to cement and fly ash conveying, which greatly improves construction efficiency while strictly ensuring concrete quality. Adopting a fully steel-structured modular design, the equipment is resistant to wind and sand, high-temperature resistant, perfectly adapted to Egypt’s tropical desert climate, and also enables rapid installation and convenient operation and maintenance, providing a solid guarantee for the project to rush the construction period and reduce costs.
